OVERVIEW
The Effective General Management Program (EGMP) is designed for experienced functional managers who are about to assume a general management role or who have recently been promoted to this position.

This program integrates the latest management thinking and practice to give participants a firm grounding in the essential skills and knowledge required for successful general management. Participants will learn through a business simulation, complemented with short lectures and activities.

Through exercises, discussions, debate and simulations, participants will learn to integrate all functions for successful achievement of company objectives. This EGMP has recently been adapted in line with participants' feedbacks and the latest concept in general management. As with all our training programs, we strive to effect actual change back at the workplace through effective and practical outcomes based training.
